Bachelor's degree in Process Engineering, Project Management, Development Studies or in related field or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience using data analytics to solve complex business problems;

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of developing and executing operational strategies.

Advanced Excel skills (can maintain complex spreadsheets); SQL knowledge is a plus;

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite;

Experience answering unstructured business questions and work independently to drive projects and analytical tasks to conclusion;

Expert communication and interpersonal skills;

Proven track record of leading initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a fast-paced, team environment;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Strong communication, organization, and inter-personal skills;

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Aligning departmental goals, processes and resource allocation with the organizational strategy.

Assessing supply chain vulnerabilities and making recommendations for improvement

Conducting analyses of operations data and making recommendations for improvement based on findings

Conducting research and analyses of operational effectiveness, processes, stakeholders, etc.

Conducting research and analyses of potential effectiveness, processes, stakeholders

Creating and implementing operational plans for an organization's activities, including making decisions about locations, budgets, staffing levels, and timelines

Develop and manage budgets for operational activity

Develop and oversee operational processes and procedures to ensure they are aligned with the company's strategic objectives

Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards

Evaluate current processes and make recommendations for improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness

Evaluating current operational procedures, identifying inefficiencies and making recommendations for improvement

Evaluating employee performance and providing feedback to help employees

Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings

Implement new technologies and systems to streamline operations

Lead analytical efforts supporting our business teams in an unstructured environment to identify insights and improve decision-making

Manage and motivate a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed

Monitor KPIs and metrics to assess performance and identify areas of improvement

Monitoring and reporting on projects.

Participating in strategic planning sessions with other members of management to discuss long-range goals and objectives

Planning and implementing strategies for controlling costs, reducing risk exposure, improving efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance

Prepare reports and presentations on operational activity for upper management

Presenting findings, projections and recommended actions. (Job costings, w/o and plan around, PO gaps, and stock management

Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Reviewing reports on supply chain activities to ensure that they meet company standards

Supporting and guiding senior executive decision-making process

Supporting the development of long-term organizational strategy.

Work closely with other departments to develop and implement new strategies and processes
