• Lead the Roomex RFP process and reporting – participating in client calls and hotel side calls to procure a programme that best meets the needs of clients.
• Lead the Roomex savings analysis – coordinating the team running the data and building the decks to present to clients
• Ensure Forward Price Reports are issued quarterly
• Have a full sense of ownership and be proactive at finding solutions to issues being raised from internal and external stakeholders
• Develop fully collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders especially in the Account Management and Priority Support teams
• Triage issues with the platform (bookings errors, availability issues), resolve if possible or pass to engineering team to resolve.
• Be knowledgeable in Roomex services and the market dynamics
• Monitor internal reporting relating to the partner – Production, margin, stability, portfolio etc
• Develop new reporting, using PowerBI to highlight areas for growth of high margin business with partners
• Produce portfolio analysis and chain reporting to fully support the Hotel Sales function
• Realise growth and margin goals and other specific project goals
• Any other duties as part of this role.
