As a receptionist you will provide quality customer service aligned with the overall business strategy and fulfil administrative and assistant functions. Intercare Silverlakes Medical and Dental Centre situated in Silverlakes, Pretoria East seeks to recruit for a Receptionist. The focus of this position is to provide professional customer service by facilitating the patient administration process.

CRITICAL OUTPUTS

Coordinate and schedule doctors training and meeting with pharmaceutical companies.

Schedule standard and referral appointments for patients according to established procedures.

Direct all customers to the appropriate location, services and appropriate professional.

Ensure that the reception area is always net and tidy.

To refer all emergency cases to the nurse station without delay.

Coordinate and manage patient flow in the medical waiting area.

Manage the flow of patient files to and from professionals.

Monitor the use of supplies and equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum requirement: Grade 12

Previous experience in medical practice environment essential.

Computer proficiency (MS Office)

Working knowledge of GoodX system will be advantageous.
