Working Hours: 8:30am - 6:00pm A) Responsibilities / Authorities: • Provide administrative & operational activities support to department. • Update of information / details / data. • File and maintenance of source document. • Answering incoming phone calls and attending to visitors. • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. • Willingness to work at Changi South area. B) Basic Requirements: • Certificate / Diploma in any discipline. • Has experience in manufacturing industry. • Computer literacy. • Team player with good working attitude. • Ability in written, oral & interpersonal communication skill.
