DevOps Engineer - Grafana OSS Observability (m/f/d)

Weareactivelyseeking a dedicated and experiencedDevOps Engineer withdeepexpertise in Kubernetesoperations and Ansibleautomation. This role will have a specificfocus on GrafanaObservability Stack in a self-hosted and self-managedsetting. The GrafanaObservability Stack, encompassingGrafana, Grafana Agent, Loki, Mimir, Tempo, OpenTelemetry, and k6, stands centraltoour operational insights and performancemonitoring. The ideal candidateis not onlytechnicallyproficient but also inherentlycurious, alwaysdelvingintothevastworldof open source documentationtounearththebestsolutions. Your responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain and manage theentireGrafanaObservability Stack, ensuringitsscalability, reliability, and alignmentwithour operational objectives.
• Design and implementAnsibleplaybooks and rolesforautomation, ensuringseamlessintegration and high availabilityofservices.
• Stayupdatedwiththelatest in Kubernetes and Ansibledevelopments, ensuringouroperationsremaincutting-edge.
• Monitor thehealth and performanceofourGrafanatools, ensuring high availability.
• Respondpromptlytoupdates, majorincidents, and servicedisruptions, even outside ofregularbusinesshours.
• Uphold and implementsecuritybestpracticesfor all managedserviceswithintheobservabilitystack.
• Continuouslyrefineourmonitoring, alerting, and observabilitystrategies.
• Providetechnical support and guidancetootherteamsasnecessary.

Your profile

• At least 3 yearsofhands-on experiencewithKubernetes and Cloud Native Service Management.
• Demonstratedexpertise in managingtheGrafanaObservability Stack, especially in a self-hosted and self-managedenvironment.
• Willingnesstorespondtoupdates and majorincidents outside of normal businesshours.
• Experience withKeycloak, OpenLDAP, OnlyOfficeDocument Server, NATS, orClamAV, DNS, Postfix, Trivy will beconsidered a significantadvantage.
• Exceptional problem-solvingskills and theabilitytoworkunderpressure.
• Excellentcommunicationskills, bothwritten and verbal.
• A collaborativemindset, proactiveapproach, and a genuine passionforcontinuouslearning.
