With a talented workforce, exceptional technical capabilities, and facilities we have made some of the world’s most important medicines and continue to do so.Further information on SK Pharmteco can be found at Current Need: SK biotek Ireland is seeking to recruit an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Infrastructure Specialist to join the IT Department reporting to the IT Manager on a permanent basis. Position Description: Reporting to the IT Manager, the successful candidate will manage the day-to-day activities to support and monitor the operation of the Site Information and Communication systems infrastructure.As a member of the IT Team, the ICT Infrastructure Specialist will work closely with IT colleagues and 3rdParty IT Support Vendors to provide operational and project support for all IT infrastructure on the Swords site. ICT Infrastructure Specialist will: ·Ensure any Changes to IT systems are implemented in compliance with site Change Control Procedures and Security Standards ·Work with Managed Service Partners, Vendors and site stakeholders to manage Lifecycle of Site IT Infrastructure, to ensure infrastructure remains reliable and fit for purpose in supporting site operations. Provide support for planning and co-ordination of planned equipment refreshes/replacement as required. ·Act as site point of contact and hands and eyes for initial troubleshooting of issues with the remote Support teams of our 3rdParty Service Partners for Server Hosting, Network and Print Services.Raise tickets/incidents as necessary to escalate issues to Service Partner. ·Manage site IT cabling, patching and wall port infrastructure (Fibre, LAN). Engage and liaise with 3rdParty vendors for diagnostics, repairs, installation of new cables, wall ports/panels etc. ·Monitor and support site communications systems, triage issues and liaise with Support Vendors as necessary to resolve. oAvaya SIP Telephone System and associated handsets oLone Worker/Man Down System comprising Atex Mobile Phones (Android), Mobile Repeater infrastructure and Bluetooth beacons oconfiguring and deploying mobile phone handsets, resolving issues with handsets oorganising repairs/returns under warranty oco-ordinating Annual Atex inspection of the handsets oBattery replacement on Bluetooth beacons oMonitoring of Mobile Repeater System (periodic walkdown) oSigma two-way Radio System for ERT ·Monitor and support A/V equipment in 12 Conference Rooms, including Flatscreen TVs, Projectors and cameras, audio equipment and touch panels used in Teams Rooms ·Monitor System Backups (notified via Email from Backup system). Liaise with Hosting Provider to address any issues, raise tickets/incidents as necessary. ·Adhere to GAMP Guidelines, cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, internal and external audit requirements and SK company policies relating to Computer System Validation, Data Integrity and IT Security. The successful candidate will have a degree level qualification in a relevant IT, engineering or similar technical discipline and have a minimum of 3 years experience of IT system support. Experience of working in a GMP regulated environment is desirable. A good working knowledge of TCP/IP Networking, Server Virtualisation and communication systems is expected. The successful candidate will be responsible for system security and hardware maintenance and configuration in compliance with site and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate good problem solving techniques regarding fault finding and troubleshooting system related issues and must have strong communication skills. The ability to operate within and consistently achieve deadlines associated with a highly automated 24/7 Manufacturing facility is key. #J-18808-Ljbffr
