Role:

  • We’re looking for an experienced account manager who will be the main point of contact for clients, responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • You will oversee and coordinate projects, collaborating with internal teams including creative, copy, and media buying.
  • This includes reporting directly to management, you will provide updates on project status and client feedback.
  • With your strong system-building skills, you will establish efficient processes to streamline project management.
  • Acting as a cross between an account manager and project manager, you will excel at client communication and project coordination, fostering effective collaboration between clients and internal teams.
This is a full-time role and you’ll be expected to work within our office hours between 10am-7pm SGT, 5 days a week. Responsibilities:
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic plans to grow client businesses, generate incremental revenue, and meet client objectives.
  • Conduct weekly client presentations and meetings to strengthen the agency-client relationship.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute marketing strategies, ensuring successful execution and results.
  • Manage client priorities and communicate client requirements effectively with marketing team 
  • Review and track client account results daily / weekly / monthly / lifetime and communicate KPIs to team and client to generate great results for clients 
  • Coordinate with the marketing team on strategy, research, and results measurement.
  • Conduct regular meetings with the marketing team and relevant stakeholders to address client issues, opportunities, and ongoing work.
  • Utilise excellent public speaking skills to present ideas and solutions effectively.
  • Foster strong, collaborative working relationships with interdisciplinary teams.
  • Be able to develop a deeper understanding of digital marketing (strategy, lead generation, facebook ads, copywriting, creatives, emails, etc) to better understand and communicate campaign data to clients. (Work is executed by marketing team, but account manager must understand what is happening) 
  • Manage business accounts/brands successfully, demonstrating a proven track record.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members closely, and serve clients passionately. 
  • Multitask effectively in a fast-paced creative environment.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in account and project managing in a lead generation/marketing agency
  • The ability to show and walk us through your track record of successful client and project management, explaining the specific nuances the client or project entails
  • Strong in Systems Building: Strong skills in building systems and implementing efficient processes
  • Proficient in the English Language: Excellent English communication competency, both written and verbal
  • Strong People Skills: Loves people interaction and managing relationships 
  • Strong Timeline / Project management skills: Able to upkeep task boards, help team plan timelines and deliverables 
  • Experienced in managing multiple clients across various industries is highly desirable
Meticulousness: Due to the nature of managing multiple accounts you’ll need to be extremely meticulous in all areas of your communication to avoid lapses, especially regarding information shared between stakeholders and prioritising which tasks need to be completed in order for the project to progress

Results:
  • We are seeking an Account Manager, who is responsible for client satisfaction, serving as a bridge between client and internal marketing team, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute client deliverables. 
  • By serving as the bridge between marketing team and client, you will oversee strategy, and execution to contribute to the growth of client businesses. 
  • Your expertise in people and project management will ensure successful implementation of campaigns to hit desired KPI’s.
  • Your success will be tracked by retention of key agency accounts. 
  • Through effective communication and collaboration, you will foster strong client relationships, leading to client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. 
  • Your ability to project manage, solve problems, and communicate solutions will solidify clients trust in the agency. 
  • Your proven track record in managing business accounts/brands and successfully handling various project types will further strengthen our reputation in the industry.
  • The prospect should be able to effectively project / timeline/ task manage to collaborate with the media buying, copy, creative and management team to develop, scale and optimise revenue generating campaigns.
