Account Manager and Customer Support Specialist

Account management, upselling, and customer support
  • Highly flexible 100% work from home contract full-time position for a cutting edge 10 employee Cloud Integrator focused on Google Workspace for over 14 years
Responsibilities:
  • Manage our existing customer base of subscription renewals and upgrades
  • Help the team respond to inbound leads to win new customer business
  • Create relevant email campaigns to upsell products such as third party backup solutions or Hiver HQ to our existing Google Workspace customers
  • Increase per customer total software revenue
Qualifications:
  • Sales experience with Google Workspace, Office 365, or related products
  • Proficiency with Mailchimp or equivalent email campaign software and the analytics to determine what campaigns are working
  • Ability to understand historical, current, and future trends in our industry and turn this into meaningful content for our current customers
  • A geek/nerd who is intelligent, confident, easy to get along with, able to communicate well with diverse personalities over the phone and comfortable collaborating with people at all levels of organizations
  • A detail-oriented multitasker capable of prioritizing and managing your time and multiple projects simultaneously in a time-sensitive, results-oriented environment
  • An entrepreneurial spirit who is comfortable wearing different hats, performing diverse tasks and works equally effectively as part of a team and independently with little supervision
  • Experience in conversion strategies such as “solution selling” to turn leads into customers
  • Outstanding spoken and written English
  • Ability to work in the Eastern Time Zone business hours of our customer base in Canada and the USA
  • Reliable high speed internet at home and a workspace conducive to video conferences/Google Meetings with customers on a daily basis
  • Remote work 100% of the time from home with your own computer equipment however loans are provided if needed to purchase hardware. Our software is completely cloud based so system requirements are minimal
