Role: Brand Marketing Associate Mission: You will be a core contributor in crafting and executing compelling marketing initiatives that elevate brand awareness, fuel customer acquisition, and drive business growth across digital and offline channels. Responsibilities:
- Integrated Campaign Management:
- Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly campaign calendars, ensuring seamless cross-channel delivery for D2C, Marketplace and Offline Channels
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, e-commerce, etc.) and external partners to deliver efficient and impactful campaigns.
- Design organic marketing strategies and set long/short-term goals with a content/campaign focus
- Manage innovative co-branded campaigns to boost brand reach.
- Social Media Mastery:
- Drive daily management of social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkInBio etc.) with a focus on community growth and engagement.
- Research and implement cutting-edge social trends to maximize reach and impact.
- Track analytics to gauge content performance and make data-driven optimizations.
- Actively monitor feedback across online platforms, address comments, and cultivate positive brand sentiment.
- Conceptualize and executing influencer campaigns and product seeding initiatives.
- Build relationships with stylists, media, and relevant platforms to support PR efforts.
- Retention Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive customer retention strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Analyze customer data to identify churn risk factors and opportunities for engagement.
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns to re-engage at-risk customers and drive repeat purchases.
- Develop and manage loyalty programs and incentives to reward valuable customers.
- A/B test different retention strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer service teams to create a seamless customer experience.
- Content Strategy & Development:
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with brand voice and engage target audiences.
- Plan Campaign Across Products, Banners, Landing Pages, and SEO content, Google & Facebook ads, Push, Emailer & CRM for D2C Channel, Banners and Content for Marketplaces, and Promotional messaging for offline events on a daily basis.
- Collaborate with design and creative teams to conceptualize and manage catalog and xampaign Shoots bring visual concepts to life across products and campaigns.
- Offline Events and Marketing:
- Identifies offline opportunities to build brands presence by participating in events, exhibitions and pop ups.
- Lead planning and execution of offline events (pop-ups, store launches, store set ups, in-store promotions, etc.)
- Keep track of the revenue and take necessary actions to increase the brand’s visibility in the market.
- Performance Analysis & Business Alignment:
- Analyze campaign metrics, prepare reports, and extract actionable insights to inform future strategies.
- Collaborate closely with management to ensure marketing efforts align with revenue goals and targets.
- Maintain blogs and newsletters for the brand
- 1-2 years of proven experience in social media and brand management.
- Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences
- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication in English.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Familiarity with content management systems (MS Office, Wordpress, etc.) and marketing analytics tools.
- Demonstrates project management skills with attention to detail. Has an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Passion for building brands and engaging audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
