Job Opportunity: Statutory and Compliance - Chartered Accountant Location: Daryaganj, New Delhi - 110002 We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with 0-2 years of post-CA experience to join our dynamic team in Daryaganj, New Delhi. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring statutory compliance and financial integrity within our organization. Responsibilities • Drafting Financial Statements and Notes to Accounts • Preparation of content and technical assessment of disclosures in annual reports and quarterly presentations • Handling and finalizing audits • GAAP reconciliation • Drafting tax computations and deferred tax accounting • Filing Income/Corporation tax returns • Ability to handle large audits, manage audit requirements remotely, and getting audits closed on time. Qualification and Skill Set • CA qualified with a bachelor’s degree • Strong accounting and/or auditing experience • Proficient in IND AS; experience in corporate reporting will be preferred Desired Experience • Deep knowledge and understanding of Indian accounting standards (IND AS), accounting principles, and their practical application • Auditing experience as an auditee is preferred; overseas audit handling is an added advantage • Proficient in the preparation of presentations and drafting skills • Must be hands-on with MS Excel • Working knowledge of Indian tax and transfer pricing How to Apply: Interested candidates are encouraged to send their CV, along with details of qualifications and experience, to cakuldeepkothari@gmail.com.
