Candidate will be responsible for conducting primary and secondary research, analysing economic indicators, providing economic analysis, and contributing to public policy development. Duties and Responsibilities
- Handles various projects pertaining to in-depth analysis and research on multiple economic issues.
- Quantitative & qualitative economic research, econometric modelling, forecasting, analytics & industry research across a wide spectrum of sectors. Areas covered under economic research include real sector, public finance, monetary and fiscal policy, external sector, and infrastructure & social sector.
- Involved in economic research for carrying out pragmatic and solution-oriented analyses of strategic economic and business developments, thereby aiding informed decision making, both corporate and government, to stay ahead of economic and business developments.
- Forecast of macroeconomic variables for multiple frequencies
- Industry research, providing in-depth analysis on key Indian industries, along with continuous updates.
- Identify and implement national and state-wide best practices, continuous improvement projects and policies/procedures, related to economic modelling.
