Lead Specialist (BDR/SDR)

Key Objectives

• Identify and determine the perceived value our Consumer Concierge leads created for our customers in order to reinforce Expertise.com’s value proposition.

Key Activities

• Execute outreach campaigns to assigned accounts and determine if the leads we sent converted.
• Document and analyze results; and make suggestions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Trait profile: coach-like ability to ask challenging questions, outside-the-box thinker and problem solver, communicates with candor and openness, entrepreneurial/growth mindset.
• Access to a reliable connection to the Internet, a quiet environment, and a well spec’d computer able to make high quality VOIP calls.
• Native and/or bilingual English proficiency.
• Ability and willingness to work night shift hours.
