Job Title: Upstream Well Planning & Design Testing & Support Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Upstream Wells engineer with experience in Well Planning and design to join our team. The successful candidate will provide testing and support for the Wells Construction product development for our pioneer partner. The personnel would be working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and your technical expertise will be critical to the success of product delivery. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in upstream oil and gas operations, with a focus on drilling. Strong understand of Well Lifecycle Good understanding of Well Construction business processes, from trajectory design, well planning, BHA to tubular design Strong knowledge of drilling technologies and practices. Experience with Well Planning and design applications, such as EDM/ EDT, DrillPlan etc. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Hands on experience on engineering application testing and good understand if ALM.
