Snapshot of the role As a Junior Developer, you will be an integral part of our engineering team, responsible for handling integration and support tasks. You will partner with our professional services team and work closely with our client to support seamless integrations of our products, whilst working closely with the product engineering team to solve problems that stand in the way of our customers’ success. Day to day:-

  • Engage with customers to implement the integration projects with external enterprise systems and other technical oriented solutions as part of wider professional services projects.
  • Second/third line support, you will collaborate with global support and work closely with the engineering team to triage and fix bugs.
This is a career development role. We're not expecting you to have the proficiencies right away - at every opportunity you will be learning on task with our team of talented developers. They are shipping code into the hands of our customers on a daily basis. To do that effectively they focus on designing and writing clean code (100% test coverage). That foundation gives us the courage to deliver many times a day into our production environment that is hosted in multiple AWS regions and built on Ruby on Rails, backed by MySQL. What We’re Looking For: This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate and passionate coder to take their first step into an engineering support role. There are some attributes that we expect the successful candidate to have but the key for us is to find someone who is bright, meticulous and confident in communicating with our clients.
  • Minimum 2:1 Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
  • Passionate about developing, curious, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable in communicating with our clients
