Job Title: Content Intern WFO, Mon-Sat in Bangalore. Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Content Intern. This internship role will provide valuable hands-on experience in copywriting and identifying trending news topics to support our content creation efforts. Responsibilities:
- Copywriting: Assist in drafting engaging copy for various platforms including website content, social media posts, email newsletters, and marketing materials under the guidance of senior team members.
- Trending News Identification: Monitor news sources and social media platforms to identify trending topics relevant to our audience. Contribute ideas for content based on trending news and events.
- Content Research: Conduct research to gather information and data necessary for content development. Support team members in gathering relevant resources and materials.
- Content Optimization: Learn to optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and phrases. Follow best practices for content formatting and structure.
- Content Calendar Support: Assist in maintaining and organizing content calendars to ensure timely publication of content. Help coordinate with team members to schedule and prioritize content releases.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including writers, editors, and designers, to brainstorm ideas and contribute to content development discussions.
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor's degree program in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
- Strong writing skills with a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content across various platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn new skills.
- Interest in researching and identifying relevant news topics and trends.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
