Location

This role is based out of our Dublin Office. We love our office and the setting it provides for celebration and collaboration. But we also appreciate the opportunity to work remotely can energize you too, so we do offer flexible arrangements!

What you’ll do

As our new Global Finance Manager, Marketing you will play a central role within ourMarketing Finance team, focusing on financial planning and management reporting across all global innovation and marketing spend. This role business partners with the Global leads for Innovation & Marketing and is responsible for financial planning, leading the annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, as well as monthly reviews and reporting on brand performance and investment return.

Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Analyze and report monthly financial results for MABIUC Group Marketing Spend, with an emphasis on brand performance
  • Summarize financial performance via timely, detailed, and accurate monthly reports to include variance and trend analysis for effective decision making for each brand and innovation
  • Finance business partner to the Global Marketing & Innovation teams, providing financial guidance and support to drive efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI (Return on Investment)
  • Lead the preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts for Innovation and all RTD and Spirits Brands P&L’s
  • Proactively recommend and implement improvements in budget/forecast and management reporting processes
  • In conjunction with Innovation and Brand Marketing, develop and report Brand KPI’s and provide proforma P&L reports for innovation projects
  • Identify and explain underlying business trends and the financial implications of strategic decisions, growth opportunities and business risks
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and investments to assess performance, identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance FP&A processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Perform certain month-end close tasks such as management of total innovation and Global A&P spend
  • Assist in monthly and year-end management/audit queries
  • Ensure finance procedures are appropriately documented
  • Act as super-user for MABIUC financial systems, particularly TM1

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s Degreein Finance, Accounting or related field
  • Accounting Designation ACCA, ACA, CPA or CIMA with 5+ year post qualified experience
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Prior CPG, FMCG or Beverage Industry experience will be advantageous
