- Supporting role within the Commercial Banking Division

- Provide support to the Relationship Manager/Business Development Manager through timely and accurate processing of renewal for existing accounts.
- Conduct first line of assessment to determine complexity of accounts.
- Respond to customer requests within the Service Level Agreement (SLA), providing basic advice and service regarding account renewal.
- Attend to queries from Relationship Managers, Business Development Managers, team heads and Credit approvers during the account approval process.
- Assist in collation of information & supporting documents and preparation of Dashboard.
- Ensure periodic reviews are done within due dates.
- Provide sales support to ensure delivery of Quality & Proactive Services to clients.
- Conduct relevant searches in relation to current accounts / transactions.
- Act as primary escalation & accountability point for clients.
- Good understanding of financial statements is essential.
- Flair in writing is highly desirable.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is required.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary.
- General knowledge of banking products is beneficial.
- Fast, meticulous and analytic nature is preferred.
- Experience in front office role. Preferably 3 to 5 years as Relationship Manager/Business Development Manager.
