JOB DESCRIPTION `

  • Support capital raising needs through close collaboration with the sales/distribution and fund product teams
  • Provide investor relations and support the onboarding of investors, including coordinating and responding to preparing due diligence questionnaires, responding to investor queries, managing requests for proposals (RFPs) and other written materials, as required
  • Assist in the preparation and ensure timeline distribution of investor materials, including pitchbooks/presentation slides and/or quarterly/annual investor updates, among others
  • Coordinate, plan and manage quarterly and/or ongoing investor-related meetings/events
  • Support fund management teams in fund-related matters as required
  • Support in all investor communication matters including managing the investor distribution list(s), evaluating service provider(s), updating and monitoring CRM investor database
JOB REQUIREMENTS ` Requirements
  • Degree in business, economics or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience; strong preference for candidates who have worked at a private equity, real estate or infrastructure financial sponsor or who have investment banking experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with high level of curiosity and passion
  • A self-motivated team player who is meticulous, detailed-oriented, organised and able to learn quickly
  • A strong communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to interact well across different functions and levels
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
