Key Objectives:
- Collaborate closely with the Quantitative Research team to define priorities and deliver customized software solutions for automated trading systems.
- Design and develop sophisticated software solutions that optimize trading strategies and enhance performance.
- Conduct rigorous testing to ensure the reliability and efficiency of automated trading systems.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in technology, quantitative methods, and statistical analysis, and apply them to improve trading systems.
- Passion for technology, software development, and mathematics.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and R.
- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Distributed Computing, Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Platform Development, Networking, System Design, and Web Development.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
