ServiceNow Developer Role: "For one of our client company" Location : Pan India (Except : Chennai & Mumbai) In this role, you will be Managing Production tasks including ServiceNow Application maintenance including version upgrades. Coordinate upgrades to Production and Sub-Production instances, coordinate sub-production testing, evaluation, and regression remediation, Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow Platform . Responsibilitie s: • Working knowledge in all aspects of ServiceNow Applications developme nt.• Participate in solution discussions and contribute to user story creati on.• Collaborate with Business Analyst, Architect and Technical Le ad.• Code/configure technical solution as per requiremen ts.• Perform Unit testing, resolve defects identified in Unit testi ng.• Develop features, bug fixes and write various Server-side and client-side scri pts• ServiceNow Integrations using Spokes and custom API with external too ls.• Manage Production support tasks including ServiceNow Application maintenance including version upgrades. Coordinate upgrades to Production and Sub-Production instances, coordinate sub-production testing, evaluation, and regression remediation, Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow Platf orm• Work with a remote team, requiring ability to communicate well via phone and email (writing skil ls)• Stay current with new and updated capabilities of the ServiceNow Platf orm• Maintain the integrity of the ServiceNow platform across the organizat ion• Assisting in troubleshooting eff ort• Monitor and review patch / release iss ues Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualificat ions: • Certified System Administrator (CSA) in Serv iceNow• Understanding Agile and SCRUM• Experience in administering Now Pl atform• Strong hand-on experience in Java scripting, debugging and deployment using update sets for new applications, enhancements, and version up grades• Hands-on Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists, API’s, Service Portal etc...• Web Services integration experience, particularly REST
