Transformation Lead

Oliver James have partnered with a leading Enterprise Client who are seeking a Transformation Lead/Manager to join their growing team on an initial 12 month day rate contract. The individual joining will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisations wider transformation programme; focusing on milestone reporting, impact assessment and process improvement to name a few.

The role:

1. 12 month day rate
2. Dublin based - 2x days on-site per week required

Having previous exposure with Business facing transformation programmes of work alongside excellent PowerPoint presentation skills is a must for this role. Prior consultancy experience will be a benefit to applicants. Previous experience as a Business Analyst who have exposure with transformation initiatives looking to transition into a more programme facing role will be suited for this position.
