Company Description RAO IIT- INDIA'S TOP 10 JEE , NEET COACHING. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiter in JEE, NEET, and Olympiad coaching at Rao IIT Academy. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various coaching programs. They will also be responsible for conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and managing the recruitment process. The Recruiter will work closely with the HR team and other stakeholders to ensure the timely fulfillment of staffing needs. Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Prior experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Knowledge of the JEE, NEET, and Olympiad coaching industry is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
