About the job Development Manager for AppScan product offering with Security domain and Cloud hosted Service Should be ideally 12 to 16 Yrs of Software Development Experience Work Preference: Hybrid (Remote). Office Location: HCL Bangalore. Role: End to end product development for AppScan product, TECHNICALLY leading a team of bright engineers comprising development, QA, build/documentation. Provide superior levels of technical and managerial leadership to deliver strong Releases that supercharges progress for our customer’s business; adhere to release commitments with quality and timeliness; create and sustain strong team; mentor and provide appraisal to the team; lead the product to its new future in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. AppScan product is in security domain hosted Software as a Service in Azure Cloud. Skills:-
- Development experience in Dotnet/C#/SQL with preference to successful tenure in Development and then Technical lead prior background.
- Atleast 2+ years of latest experience as Development Manager. 4+ years of experience as a TechLead/ Tech architect., preferably with Product development organization.
- Occasional WW Customer interactions in technical and requirements gatherings.
- Familiar with Agile methodology Define the vision and evangelize and mobilize all internal/external stakeholders around it.
- BE in computer science or equivalent with 12+ years in software Industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills are a must.
- Experience with agile scrum development.
- Strong organizational, decision making, and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working with distributed, global teams.
