Master Job Junior Finance Administrator SA Remote

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Administrator to join our clients' team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in finance principles and be eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assisting with day-to-day finance operations such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll - Reconciling bank statements and monitoring cash flow - Processing and coding invoices - Tracking expenses and preparing expense reports - Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes - Assisting with budget preparations and variance analysis - Maintaining accurate and organized financial records - Communicating with internal stakeholders and external vendors regarding financial transactions - Providing support for audits and compliance activities Requirements: - 1-2 years of experience in a finance role - Junior Bookkeeping experience - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software ( Xero would be preferred )- Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Excellent organizational and time-management skills - Highly analytical and able to solve problems efficiently - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Understanding of GAAP and financial regulations We Offer: - Salary: R5500-R6500 per month depending on experience - 40 days annual leave - A supportive and collaborative work environment - Exposure to various aspects of finance operations - Training and development opportunities - Fully remote Remote Work Requirements: As a remote Junior Finance Assistant, you should have access to a reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace.
