Responsibilities:

  • Technical Pre-Sales Support:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and objectives.
    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the technical capabilities and value proposition of our SaaS solutions.
    • Address technical queries and concerns during the sales process to assist in closing deals.
  • Solution Design:
    • Work closely with clients to analyze their business requirements and propose tailored solutions using our SaaS products.
    • Develop technical documentation, including solution architectures, integration plans, and implementation timelines.
  • Implementation Coordination:
    • Serve as a key liaison between the sales and implementation teams, ensuring a smooth handover of information and requirements.
    • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Facilitate communication and collaboration to resolve any potential challenges during the implementation phase.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of our SaaS products, staying updated on new features, enhancements, and industry trends.
    • Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the implementation process.
  • Client Training and Onboarding:
    • Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use and maximize the benefits of our SaaS solutions.
    • Collaborate with the client to ensure successful onboarding and user adoption.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.)
  • Proven experience in a Sales Engineering or Technical Pre-Sales role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them in a clear and accessible manner.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and SaaS architectures.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
