Responsibilities:
- Technical Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and objectives.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the technical capabilities and value proposition of our SaaS solutions.
- Address technical queries and concerns during the sales process to assist in closing deals.
- Solution Design:
- Work closely with clients to analyze their business requirements and propose tailored solutions using our SaaS products.
- Develop technical documentation, including solution architectures, integration plans, and implementation timelines.
- Implementation Coordination:
- Serve as a key liaison between the sales and implementation teams, ensuring a smooth handover of information and requirements.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration to resolve any potential challenges during the implementation phase.
- Technical Expertise:
- Maintain a deep understanding of our SaaS products, staying updated on new features, enhancements, and industry trends.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the implementation process.
- Client Training and Onboarding:
- Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use and maximize the benefits of our SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with the client to ensure successful onboarding and user adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.)
- Proven experience in a Sales Engineering or Technical Pre-Sales role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them in a clear and accessible manner.
- Familiarity with cloud-based technologies and SaaS architectures.
