Requirements: · Proven experience as a recruiter or in a related role, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. · Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen interest in business development, investing, or entrepreneurship. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers. · Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. · Applicants with CEI - Certificate of Employment Intermediaries preferred.
