Job details
- Review animations, approve animations, assign revisions, troubleshoot animations. Ensure quality goals of animation.
- Ensure that the work of the team follows the quality standards, artistic direction and set deadlines.
- Motivate and develop the team members and act as a mentor in terms of technical/artistic aspects
- Work with department leads to create stylized design and performance and meet the vision of the project.
- Work with animators to develop animation cycles and behavior trees
- Build libraries of animation poses and cycles per character.
