Legal Counsel - Assistant Vice President

Additionally, you will be responsible for updating legal and corporate governance policies, preparing for Board meetings, drafting Board materials and supporting corporate secretarial matters. To thrive in this role, you should possess at least 2 years of experience in private practice or in-house roles, preferably within regulated financial institutions or firms operating in capital markets. A self-starter who is meticulous and detail-oriented will thrive in this position. Fluency in both English and Chinese is required, as the role involves dealing with Chinese markets.
