Job details
Job Description - Act as a point of contact between teams within the organisation and other forms of communication to ensure smooth operations and collaborations. - Responsible for organising and maintaining databases, filing systems, and other records to ensure easy access to information when needed. - Providing administrative support to various initiatives within the organisation. - Conduct research on government grants, etc. - Attend to ad-hoc audit requests. - Any other tasks as required by the Management. Competencies - Proficiency in managing and consistently meeting diverse deadlines. - Attentive to details, self-driven and flexible personality. - High resilience and able to multi-task in a dynamic environment. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. *This position is a long-term part-time position. *4 half-days, 1 full-day a week (tbc). *Flexible working hours/ Remote Working.
