We are seeking a Human Resource Specialist, Total Rewards, Asia Pacific who will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of total rewards programs within the Asia Pacific region. This role will collaborate closely with country HR teams and business leaders to ensure that our total rewards offerings remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Support the design, implementation, and administration of total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition initiatives, within the Asia Pacific geography.
- Support the regional implementation of total rewards modernization initiatives.
- Conduct data analysis and market research to benchmark compensation and benefits offerings against industry standards and regional market trends.
- Collaborate closely with the country HR teams and business leaders within the region to evaluate and recommend changes to our total rewards program based on local market competitiveness, business needs, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the annual salary review process, including salary budgeting, merit increase planning, and performance-based compensation adjustments.
- Provide support for the administration of employee benefits programs including health, retirement, and wellness initiatives.
- Assist in the development and delivery of communication materials and training programs to educate employees in the region about total rewards offerings and their value.
- Support external market pay and benefits survey inputs.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to total rewards programs in compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Provide analytical support for special projects and initiatives related to total rewards, such as digital tool implementation, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, or organizational changes.
- Stay current on regional market trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to total rewards programs, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support the deployment of DEI initiatives to promote and foster an inclusive workplace.
- Track and analyze diversity metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Engage with and support ERGs in organizing DEI events as and when needed.
- At least 5 years of prior working experience in HR function, with a focus on compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation using tools such as Excel or HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations, focused on regional variations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and can effectively collaborate with regional teams and communicate complex information to diverse audiences.
- Detail oriented, with capability to analyze information and present findings in a concise manner.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and compensation benchmarking tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master's Degree or HR certification preferred.
- Experience in leading projects preferred.
