Head of Audit - Capital Market

Our client is a reputable financial institution with global presence. As part of the succession planning, they are now looking for a head of audit to lead the group audit function. Responsibilities Reporting to the CEO, you will be task to lead the group audit function. You will be responsible for leading and executing various audit assignments, providing technical and managerial leadership, promoting data analytics in assurance activities, fostering relationships with stakeholders, staying informed about industry changes, coaching team members, and actively driving departmental initiatives. Requirements You are degree holder who possesses relevant professional qualification, with a least 15 years of audit experience within the Global Market or Treasury space. You are an excellent communicator who demonstrates strong analytical skills with the ability to think strategically, recommend solution and execute well. Prior leadership experience is required. You are someone with continuous learning and growth mindset who stays on top of business trends. You are not a checklist auditor but someone that is a real partner to the business.
