We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Singapore . In this role, you will help to build our book of business in the Asia Region. We are looking for team members who are highly motivated by technology sales, enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced industry and willing to go above and beyond in this goal-oriented position. Job Duties And Responsibilities- Generate qualified sales opportunities to fuel the Zendesk Sales Pipeline for Korea market
- Efficiently respond and qualify inbound marketing leads
- Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives & decision-makers
- Identify prospect's needs and identify potential solutions to fulfill requirements
- Set up discovery meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Account Executives
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales role in the SaaS or software industry or customer service role
- Ability to understand customer requirements and multitask, prioritize, and balance time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proven success in meeting monthly or quarterly targets
- Business fluency in English
- Bachelor’s degree
