Starting only a year and a half ago, the brand has exploded in popularity and is continuously growing. They are now looking for a Senior Media Buyer to join the team - read on to find out more!  WHAT YOU’RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO As a Senior Media Buyer, you'll play a key role in ensuring the brand’s success through its advertising campaigns. From strategic calls, campaign planning, and budget management, all the way to launching and optimising these very same campaigns, you’ll have the freedom to put your expertise towards scaling a brand that is disrupting the wellness space. HOW YOU WILL SPEND YOUR TIME
  • Ensure consistent achievement of monthly revenue and MER goals on Meta and TikTok through effective campaign planning and execution
  • Analyze performance data regularly to extract meaningful insights, utilizing these findings to optimize campaigns and achieve better outcomes
  • Promote seamless collaboration with the creative team, facilitating brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ad copies and creative concepts for testing, thus maximizing campaign impact
  • Improve conversion rates by conducting thorough funnel analysis and suggesting strategic enhancements to simplify the customer journey
  • Deep dive into customer personas to gain profound insights into target audiences, while also monitoring competitor activities to anticipate market shifts proactively and maintain a competitive edge
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, updates, and best practices in eCommerce and media buying, refreshing strategies and methodologies to remain competitive and relevant
WHO YOU ARE
  • You have several years of experience in media buying, and have directly managed clients with an ad spend of at least $200k - $300k per month
  • You have strong hands-on experience working with Meta and a deep understanding of other paid social channels such as TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest
  • You have worked with clients from the D2C industry
  • You have t-shaped marketing knowledge, understanding different areas of the marketing funnel
  • You have strong copywriting skills that help make hesitant customers convert
  • You have the drive to consistently improve yourself, and actively spend your time reading about new trends, industry changes, and best practices
  • You are detail-oriented & love analyzing and tracking data
  • You are a self-starter and is able to motivate yourself without others’ guidance
  • You are fluent in English, both written and verbal
