Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, technical recruiting, and hiring. The Technical Recruiter will also be responsible for communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. Though the role is located in Mumbai, remote work is acceptable. Qualifications
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Hiring, and Technical Recruiting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing work environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and job boards
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in technical recruiting for software development roles is a plus
