Job Title : Executive Assistant Project Manager Location : Hybrid (Hyderabad India) Company Description: Crammaze is a dynamic and innovative technology company that operates globally. We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Project Manager cum Executive Assistant. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our success by effectively managing projects and providing comprehensive executive support to our leadership team while working remotely. Responsibilities: Project Management: - Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects from initiation to completion - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders - Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets - Coordinate project resources, including personnel and materials - Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely completion - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members - Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders Executive Support: - Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements - Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documentation - Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for decision-making - Assist in organizing and executing company events, conferences, and meetings - Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with discretion - Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders - Manage email and phone correspondence, responding to inquiries and resolving issues - Prepare and distribute meeting materials, minutes, and action items - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases Communication and Coordination: - Facilitate effective communication among team members and departments - Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and virtual collaborations - Ensure prompt follow-up on action items and deadlines - Track and manage documentation, contracts, and agreements - Maintain centralized project and executive files and databases - Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures Additional Responsibilities: - Manage inbox and ensure timely responses to emails - Proficiency in Jira and Slack for project management and communication - QA experience and basic admin skills - Content creation and social media post management - Client follow-ups and meeting minutes preparation - Run daily scrum stand-up meetings Requirements: - Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Executive Assistant - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in using project management tools and software - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision - Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Prior experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus - A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
