Company Description BYSST Music is a company based in Mumbai that provides distribution services to independent musicians, creators, and record labels. Their services include distribution on over 250 audio platforms and 10 video distribution platforms, such as Facebook, Tidal, and Amazon. BYSST Music helps artists and labels reach a wide audience and promote their music. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Communications Manager at BYSST Music. The Communications Manager will be responsible for managing internal and external communications, developing and implementing communication strategies, creating content for various channels, and building relationships with artists, record labels, media outlets and influencers. The role is located in Mumbai but allows for some flexibility to work remotely. Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in managing and executing communication strategies
- Ability to create engaging content for different platforms
- Knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising
- Experience in media relations and press release writing
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in the music industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
