Summary The Wings of Wisdom Foundation is actively searching for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to become a valued member of our team as a Fundraising Intern. In this role, you will be an essential asset, providing crucial support to our organization's fundraising endeavors, which are vital for the sustainability and growth of our programs and services. This internship is an exceptional opportunity for you to gain practical, hands-on experience in non-profit fundraising, all while making a profound and meaningful difference within our community. Role Description This is a remote internship role for 3 months. The Fundraising Intern will be responsible for the following:

  • fundraising efforts, including donor/sponsor research.
  • Assist in planning and implementing online/offline fundraising campaigns and events, including donor acquisition.
  • Assist in writing grant proposals, sponsorship letters.
  • Help develop and implement creative strategies to engage donors.
  • Assist in coordinating fundraising events, including logistics, marketing, and volunteer management.
  • Assist in connecting with Corporates for CSR activities at Wings of Wisdom Foundation.
Skills Required: To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Possess exceptional communication, engagement and relationship building skills.
  • Creativity, Good Writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to conduct donor research and write grant proposals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with fundraising events and campaigns will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office and online fundraising platforms.
  • Ability to demonstrate high energy, proactive, work independently and remotely.
  • Passion for social impact and the mission of the organization
  • Previous experience or coursework in non-profit management or fundraising is a plus.
