Role Description: As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role across the entire product development lifecycle, focusing on both introducing new features and enhancing the overall Andromeda product experience. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering, as well as design lead, to deliver optimal outcomes for our customers and Andromeda. Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the product design field 
• Experience in developing complex enterprise or data-rich UX products within a remote or distributed team environment. 
• Proficiency in interaction and visual design 
• Experience with implementing and maintaining design systems 
• Exceptional proficiency in designing and crafting interactive prototypes using Figma (components, auto layout, variables, etc)

Responsibilities

• Solve UX problems by comprehensively understanding user workflows and pain points, and iterating on high-quality designs to meet user needs. 
• Exhibit consistently high standards in visual design, ensuring effective communication of design solutions. 
• Engage in multiple cycles of iteration and evaluation to address evolving challenges effectively. 
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, design lead, and front-end team to deliver new feature developments and enhance the quality of our most frequently used dashboard workflows.
