Regional Marketing and Inside Sales Head - Services Experience: 8+ years Location: Bengaluru Algonomy is looking for a Regional Marketing AND Inside Sales Head for its Services portfolio who is assertive and can get the job done! If you’re a confident go-getter and like to marry Marketing and Sales, this position could be for you. We are looking for a deal-closer, somebody who can think strategically to set up campaigns, generate new leads (with the help of a team of Growth Marketing Managers and SDRs), follow the leads, and make conversions. Role and Responsibilities Sales
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails from the team
- Lead entire sales cycle with the customer - Understand customer needs and requirements
- Coordinate with respective internal stakeholders for solutioning and closures
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Define growth strategies for Algonomy’s service offerings and own our key growth metrics (MQL, SQL, pipeline, revenue conversion).
- Drive the campaign charter with Growth Marketing Manager and team of SDRs (one to many campaigns, ABM campaigns, display campaigns etc.)
- Work with the creative and product marketing teams to curate and produce relevant marketing assets for the campaigns
- Manage the team of Growth Marketer and SDRs
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer acquisition and leading Inside Sales (remote selling) in a B2B Services organization
- 4-6 years of experience of selling services offerings in US market
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Demonstrable record of creating narratives to position, influence, and sell in a compelling manner
- Exposure to self-serve platforms like LinkedIn etc.
- Experience working with marketing automation tools like Marketo, Hubspot, and ABM platforms like Demandbase, 6sense, etc.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
