4 to 8 Years of Experience Key skills- For Backup- Commvault and Storage- SAN, NAS , EMC Storage products along with CommVault Backup. Location- Delhi and Pune Skills Required -
- Aptitude towards problem solving and troubleshooting skills on Storage, SAN/NAS connectivity, backup software, Virtualization including log analysis.
- Excellent product knowledge and troubleshooting skills on IBM/EMC/HPE and Unified/NAS products
- Knowledge on Replication technology/DR/hyperswap
- Operating systems and Networking
- Good understanding and basic troubleshooting knowledge on Storage Area Networks
- Experience in Unix/Linux
- Experience on Virtualization
- Experience in IBM ESS 5k/Flash 91XX/Cisco MDS 91xx/PMAX/VMAX/Isilon/DS8k
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership skills in working with cross technology platforms.
- Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Software and hardware knowledge of computing and storage
- Knowledge of Remote Support and Remote monitoring processes and concepts
- Tools Knowledge on HP SM
- ITIL Certified.
- Experience in Unix/Linux.
- Exposure on Virtualization.
