Ecommerce Country Manager -Category Manager- Kuwait & Qatar

Role Purpose The Ecommerce Country Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of an e-commerce business in the Kuwait & Qatar market. Additionally, a successful candidate should have a deep understanding of the Kuwait local market, culture, and regulations to effectively navigate the Kuwait & Qatar e-commerce landscape. Key Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive online sales growth in the region.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, Customer Service, operations and logistics to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Along with Merchandising and marketing team, developing and executing online promotions, discounts, and campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Monitoring and analyzing online sales performance, customer feedback and market trends to make data-driven decisions.
• Developing and executing a growth strategy, managing relationships with partners and vendors.
• Handling logistics and customer service.
• Should have a deep exposure in border crossing. (Must)
• Analyzing market trends to stay ahead of competition.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field.
• 7 - 8 years of relevant work experience in a similar role in the retail industry.
• Strong understanding of digital and ecommerce metrics, conversion funnels.
