The purpose of this role is to oversee the daily workings of the organisation operations. Responsible to maintain a high-quality standard of organisations deliverables in line with site specific SLA’s. Duties & ResponsibilitiesManagement and training of staff on site including supervisorsMaintain personal health, hygiene and professional appearanceControls the Clients chemicals i.e. dilution, mixing and issuing of the chemicalsMaintain the cleaning programme and use initiative on when to be flexible regarding staffingWill be responsible for audits done on site by the Clients (Standard Operating Procedures)Ensure correct product obtained by following correct processesDo daily checks and follow-upsMust be able to solve problems by using initiativeMust report maintenance, safety concerns to manager day to day as they ariseSkills and CompetenciesMinimum 3 years operational contracts management experience in the cleaning hospitality.Must have previously managed staff compliment over 140Must have experience in health and safety standards and managementAbility to interpret, implement and manage SLA requirements in an outcome based environmentStrong communication skills in dealing with different stakeholdersQualificationsMinimum Grade 12/MatricRelevant tertiary qualification and/or Hospitality experience
