Your Roles and Responsibilities Will Be

• You will be responsible for learning all aspects of online lead generation. This includes and not limited to- Facebook ads, Google Ads, Youtube Ads, Copywriting, landing page building, Email Marketing, Quiz building, Website building and client communication
• It will be your responsibility to onboard clients onto the respective applications, be the direct point of communication with client, give them the highest level of professionalism and customer service.

• You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow our clients leads and revenue. You will need to know how to leverage the platforms available to drive better results for our clients. You will be expected to pitch clients on higher advertising budgets and be able to justify this.
• You will need to be able to lead and delegate tasks to the team. Be able to manage projects and work with the specialist to get projects done before deadlines.
• Prepare weekly & monthly reports (with the super cool software we use) and make recommendations for ongoing improvements with the rest of the team.

Your roles and responsibilities will be:

• Have to be able to come to our office space in Sandton, South Africa.
• 12 months of agency experience in a similar role.
• Foundational knowledge of digital marketing, including PPC (Google Ads, Facebook),
• Optimisation and Growth Hacking.
• Solid understanding of Google Analytics
• Highly organised and process driven.
• Exceptional customer service is KEY!
• Confident in setting and managing client expectations.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads certified is a PLUS.
• Confident in up-selling and retaining clients.
• Confident in leading a team
