BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE My client, Ireland’s leading, trend-spotting premium brand builder is looking to hire a Business Development Executive in the Sligo area to develop our brand's leading premium licensed products portfolio. They are not simply a distributor; they are brand builders who love to challenge the norms, disrupt the status quo, and bring new ideas to market. REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will be expected to demonstrate good negotiation and presentation skills along with a proven sales record and knowledge of the licensed trade. They should have a strong customer focus and be able to maintain a high level of productivity in all aspects of the role. Candidates must be eligible to drive in the Island of Ireland and have a full clean drivers’ licence. · Actively market & promote client’s portfolio within the licensed trade. · Build strong direct & indirect route to market business. · Achievement of value and volume targets · Execute promotions & visibility within the trade. · Be aware and report on competitor and industry updates. · And any other duties and responsibilities which management deem appropriate from time to time. · Deliver high standards of credit management across customer base. · Must adhere to all company policies and procedures. · Must maintain high standards of appearance, behaviour, and discipline. · Adhere to performance appraisal procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES · Key relationships with On-Trade Sales Managers, On-Trade Director, Telesales team and the brand & marketing teams · Strong teamwork focus, ensure full liaison with other team members and departments. · Strong communications with outlet owners, managers, and staff.
