Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional looking to make a significant impact on business operations? This is a full-time hybrid role located in Singapore with some flexibility for remote work. As a Business Operations Executive in First Wave Technology, your day-to-day tasks will involve overseeing all the company’s ongoing operations. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities to improve business processes. Join our team as a Business Operations Executive, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations and delivering exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities:

  • Open user accounts for clients and responds to customer queries,
  • Consolidate documents required from clients,
  • After-sales service and client relationship maintenance,
  • Prepare detailed monthly billing reports for various clients, helping them understand their services and charges,
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices by learning from different cloud providers,
  • Verify invoices from various suppliers to guarantee accurate data for the Finance department, supporting the company's financial processes,
  • Dealing with Cloud partners: Microsoft Azure, Google, Ali, Tencent and Huawei for operation finance and partners matters
  • Other ad-hoc responsibilities to support business operation.
Qualifications Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a relevant field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Demonstrated expertise in business process optimization, project management, and compliance
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills
  • Familiarity with the latest industry trends and best practices in business operations
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is a plus for mandarin speaking counterparts
  • Willing to work on alternate shifts with allowance
