  • Salary: R6 500 – R 8000 per month depending on experience
  • 40 days paid holiday annually 
  • Full remote working (8:30am – 17:00pm UK time)
Mandatory Skills – at least 2 years’ experience in:
  • T echnical support/helpdesk  experience
  • K nowledge of software applications, networks, and troubleshooting techniques ( advantageous ) 
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult and complex situations
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong  adm inistration skills
Duties include but not limited to - 
  • T o act as the first point of contact for clients seeking technical  assistance via phone,  email or remote software
  • Wher e  possible r esolve issues according to the ticketing systems (Freshdesk)
  • Analyse tickets and assign to the correct person /department
  • Assist with purchasing of tech equipment and chasing  up on  orders
  • You will  utilize your outstanding customer service skills to promptly address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions, troubleshooting steps and resolutions, and creating technical documentation to aid in future customer inquiries.
  • In addition, you will work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve issues while keeping clients and/or colleagues  informed of progress and updates.
