With a strong presence in Singapore and China, they are hiring a newly created permanent role of a Lead Site Reliability Engineer as an integral part of their expansion plans here in Singapore. Responsibilities: As the Lead Site Reliability Engineer, your role involves:
- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure across cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.) and on-premise servers.
- Implement best practices for software development and deployment, ensuring high-quality code and secure releases.
- Lead security efforts like patch management, vulnerability assessments, and security policy design.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable software for Web3 applications.
- Build, maintain, and monitor blockchain nodes to ensure network stability and security.
- Implement infrastructure as code for internal and external decentralized services.
- Develop and implement monitoring plans to proactively identify and address issues.
- Continuously improve performance and optimize cost of infrastructure.
- Lead technical discussions with cloud service providers and other partners.
- At least 7 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer/DevOps Engineer, some leadership role is preferred, not mandatory
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins, etc.).
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.).
- Experience with containerization (Docker) and container orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with Linux scripting and at least one programming language (Python, Go, etc.).
- Good to have, not mandatory: Understanding of blockchain principles
