  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Siebel Developer or similar CRM application development role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Siebel Tools, including configuration, scripting, workflows, and business services.
  • Proficiency in Siebel eScript, JavaScript, and SQL for customizing and extending Siebel functionality.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies and standards like web services, EAI, and middleware.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices in designing customer-centric applications.
  • Experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and debugging Siebel applications.
  • Knowledge of database concepts and experience with Oracle or other relational databases.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Certifications in Siebel or related technologies are a plus.
