About my Client My client are a European company with an impressive heritage , excellent reputation for not only work/life balance, but also one with an extremely capable, tenured and experienced Senior Management team who have well defined plans for team and company growth in their mid-sized Dublin Office. They hold a combined total of over €10tr in assets under administration , custody, and depositary. About the Role Your primary role will be to deliver exceptional Client Service a range of primarily UCITS clients , and a small mix of Alternatives including Hedge and Private Capital. You will act as primary point of contact to premier investment managers and investors. Operating in an oversight environment, you will review and approve NAV calculations, expense budgets, and revenue reporting and performance fee calculations. Not forgetting a significant part of your role will be in project management, involving fund launches, conversions, migrations, process improvements, transitions, new business implementation etc. As this is a Specialist role, you will not be required to manage a team, though expected to act in a manner befitting of the level by providing guidance, training and assistance to more junior team members. About You You’ll be a hands-on, ambitious and motivated Senior ready for the next step, or have recently stepped into a Supervisory role and seeking a new challenge. The teams manager has a big focus on progression, and a robust training plan will be in place for the successful candidate. Team Development, succession planning and performance management all make up part of the people management skills you’ll need to hone, plus influencing skills, good client relationship management skills, operational efficiency and a personal approach are all valuable skills for this role. Knowledge of complex investment types, regulatory requirements, and performance fee methodologies would be sought after.
