Barden are partnering closely with a large Multinational on a new key hire. Our client are seeking a motivated Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for leading financial planning and strategic initiatives across our European operations. This role involves close collaboration with various stakeholders to support business growth and provide actionable financial insights. As a key player in the European business, you will have a significant impact on decision-making. ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Oversee financial planning processes for the European region, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-term planning.
  • Develop financial models to aid strategic decisions and analyze financial results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate financial insights to senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Work with other finance teams globally to streamline processes and enhance reporting efficiency.
  • Lead various projects and support the broader finance team in implementing new systems and processes.
  • Manage a team of financial analysts, offering guidance, setting goals, and encouraging a collaborative work environment.
  • Act as a mentor to team members and promote professional development.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or recognized accounting certification.
  • Over 5 years of experience in FP&A, ideally in technology or software-related industries.
  • Proficient in Excel with strong financial modeling skills.
  • Experience in managing teams and promoting a collaborative work culture.
